Credentials
Realtor®
The Realtor® designation is only allowed to be used by licensed Real Estate Agents that are members of the National Association of Realtors. Member must adhere to a strict code of ethics based on professionalism and protection of the public. The code is your assurance that you are working with a professional that has your best interests in mind.
The code of ethics can be provided by your Realtor® or are available from the National Association of Realtors on line at www.realtor.org.
Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS)
The CRS designation, awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, is the highest professional designation presented to Realtors in the residential sales field. Less than 4 percent of all Realtors are awarded the CRS designation. Home Buyers and Sellers can be assured CRS Designees subscribe to the strict realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients when buying or selling a home.
Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI)
The GRI, considered to be the number one real estate designation, is attained only after 92 hours of intense, live instruction from a statewide faculty selected for their expertise. GRI education assures Buyers and Sellers of the highest technical and practical knowledge essential in today's real estate market.
Certified Distressed Property Expert, (CDPE)
A Certified Distressed Property Expert® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market, specifically short sales
Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), The Certified Negotiation Expert designation course is designed specifically to give Realtors® and real estate professionals, the knowledge, training and ability needed to become an expert negotiator - a vital skill required for real estate transactions.

Personal
I am a native of Colorado and was a resident of Elbert County from the early 90's through June 2009. I now reside with my family in Douglas County. Prior to living in Elbert County I lived in the Denver Metro Area for most of my life. I am very familiar with the Denver Metro Area as well as the rural areas to the south of Denver that include: Elizabeth, Franktown, Castle Rock, Parker, Larkspur, Kiowa, and Elbert.
I love helping people buy and sell homes. I get eager to see the Lord bless others and enjoy being a part of the entire home buying and selling process. I am enthusiastic about working by referral. Working by referral allows me to spend less time and money searching for my next lead, which gives me more quality time and resources to invest in my family, clients and future. When you become my client you will feel confident and sure that you are a high priority to me, I will stay focused on your best interests throughout the entire transaction.
I have a great husband Allen and we have a beautiful daughter Taylor, who is in high school. Allen owns and operates Sapphire Construction, Inc. His company specializes in construction, including: Custom homes, additions, barns, outbuildings and all phases of remodeling. Our daughter Taylor has a passion for animals but also enjoys putting her mind at work in the areas of sales and marketing. She assisted Allen 10 years ago at the age of 7 with his logo and has done a great job helping me refine and perfect the Randa Realty logo. We also enjoy Saturday night or Sunday Mornings to worship and grow at "The Rock" in Castle Rock, where we have been members now for over 10 years.
